About Us

Heron Cabinetry was founded in 2021 by Craig and his wife Melissa in historic Frenchtown, New Jersey. We make simple,  Georgian-inspired furniture and cabinetry using the finest materials and traditional joinery techniques. We strive to provide an exceptional customer service experience, making the journey of creating a dream kitchen or furniture piece stress free and memorable.
Passionate and committed to his trade, Craig takes great pride in his work, from initial concept drawings to final installation.   He has worked as a joiner, cabinet maker and site supervisor for over 25 years.

Our Commitment

Heron Cabinetry is committed to using sustainably sourced materials and zero or low-VOC finishes whenever possible. We do this to protect the health of our crew, our clients and their families. We are also aware of the impact that woodworking and home remodeling have on the environment. To help offset these impacts,  we donate 3% of all profits to The Nature Conservancy and their one billion trees planted program.
